Carrot Pumpkin Doggie Birthday Cake

All pups deserve to have their special day celebrated! So why not celebrate with this delicious vegan pup cake!
Dry Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour
1 cup rice flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Wet Ingredients:
2 Tbsp flax with 6 Tbsp water (mix together and set aside)
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2/3 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup milk (oat, almond, or soy)
Directions:
- Pre-Heat oven to 350 F
- Mix all the dry ingredients together. Set aside
- In a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients. Add the flax egg to the wet ingredients.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients together, taking care not to over mix.
- Pour batter into an eight-inch spring form lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven at 350 F for 60 minutes.
- Test at 60 minutes with a toothpick. If it comes out clean remove it from oven and let it cool in the pan. If not, bake for 10-minute intervals until the toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve with a dog friendly frosting
