  • Can I order online and pick up in-store?

     You can send us an email to place your order online, and contact us for pick-up. At the moment we do not have a physical store, so we are doing arranged pick-up. Thank you for your patience!

  • Can I pay online?

    At this point, we do not have the option to pay onlie. You pay upon pick-up.

  • What payment options do you have?

    Right now we only accept cash/checks.

  • How do I order?

    To order, please use our order form. Enter in your name, e-mail, and phone number. Then in the message box put in the product order number of the items that you want. There is a order form under each product. You can use any of them. When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail confirming what you ordered. Then we arrange pick-up. Payment is due upon pick-up. Thank you for your patience and cooperation!

  • Do you offer same-day pick-up?

  • How do I change an order?

    It's simple! Just email us at arcticpenguin907@protonmail.com with your request and we will do our best to help!

  • How do I subscribe & save?

    Intrested in subscribing and saving? Here's how:

    1. send us an email telling us which product you want to subscribe to (make sure to put the order number for the product :)
    2. In your e-mail include how often you want to get the product. our options are
    • every 2 weeks
    • every month
    • every 6 weeks
    • every 2 months
    • every 3 months
    • every 4 months

      3.  once you have set up your subscription, we will send you an email every time your order is ready. Plus you get 20% of your first order and 10% of all following orders!
